Outlook 2012 Overview:

Our church in the year 2012. What will we see?

We'll see... the CGS model becoming THE ministry model for our church.
We'll see... outreach becoming a major priority with a strong emphasis on reaching the lost.
We'll see... worship at our church focused primarily on connecting people with Jesus Christ.
We'll see... leadership development becoming the legacy of our older/mature Christians.
We'll see... ministry becoming much more simplified and focused.
We'll see... a shift in our attention toward the younger people groups.
We'll see... our congregation putting a foot in the door of church planting.

So how do we do this?

1. It starts with our Administrative Board sorting it out and establishing the plan for getting it done.
2. Ministries discussing it each month with the ministry leaders taking tangible actions derived from Ad Board leadership direction.
3. Occasional "Town Hall" membership meetings to sort through it further and share responsibility.
4. Regular communication/updates on progress through email, church mailboxes, and prayer team.
5. Majority of the church MUST embrace this vision.
6. Keep our eyes focused on Jesus. (John 6:60-69)
