Request: Facility Use
God has given us great facilities to use in furthering His Kingdom. We try our best to steward this resource well. Our church has set up a policy for making our facility available for use by both our church members and the community at large.
Church Members:
Church members have already committed to supporting the church and its ministry, as well as stewarding its resources well. They may use the facility free of charge. All we ask is they make reservations ahead of time and that personal use does not conflict with any official church activities. Members may also borrow the folding chairs in the fellowship hall or the wooden folding tables stored in the church garage in the same manner. We only ask they be returned in the same condition or better than they were received.
Bryan Community at large:
Our facilities may be used by the church community for approved functions that do not conflict with the mission, vision, or beliefs of our church. Use of the facilities is also permitted by outside groups when it does not conflict with any official church activities. Tables and chairs are not available to non-members at this time.
Use of the Fellowship Hall by an outside group requires a fee of $500.
Use of the Sanctuary for a wedding or funeral by a non-member is also $500.
Should both be needed for the same function, the fee is only $500 and is not doubled. This fee covers costs of cleaning, additional utilities, and stipends paid to any staff or volunteers who may need to assist in making the facility available.
Should the church facilities be needed by someone who is not a member for the purpose of a wedding, please contact the Sr. Pastor for approval beforehand by calling the church office during regular business hours. Bryan FBC reserves the right to refuse facility use for weddings that do not adhere to our church marriage policy. For use of a wedding, please complete the proper Wedding Ceremony Request form.
